How long we keep information

If you make an enquiry but do not become a BALVIK client, we would normally delete or securely dispose of the enquiry information within 12 months of our last contact, unless there is a legitimate or legal reason to keep it for longer.
If you become a client, relevant information may need to be retained for longer to provide the service, maintain appropriate records, meet legal or insurance requirements or deal with any complaint or dispute.
We regularly review the information we hold and securely delete information that is no longer required.
Your rights

ask us to correct inaccurate information;
